Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and consistency of MeducateED's online courses, platform features, and overall user experience.
Commitment
This can be a full-time or part-time role, depending on the organization's QA needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans and strategies for online courses and platform features
- Conduct thorough testing of course content, multimedia elements, assessments, and user interfaces
- Identify and document defects, issues, or inconsistencies in functionality or content
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and content creators to resolve identified issues
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Continuously monitor and maintain quality standards across MeducateED's offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance, and user experience evaluation
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., manual testing, automation testing)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and usability principles
A high level of English is required for every position. Candidates with prior international experience are strongly preferred.
